Is the "Letter of Intent" replaced by the "Letter of Agreement"?

I have clicked on several links on the "Letter of Intent" download page and have found no, repeat no downloads.
After registering for TechRepublic, I find the pages extremely difficult to navigate.
Example: I clicked on the link "sample letter" that took me to some site about Microsoft's Exchange Server.
I sincerely doubt that I'll be coming back to TechRepublic.

As with the other comments - nothing to download - does anybody at tech republic read these posts and do anything to fix the problem that your would be users seem to have.

Dead link (in single quotes)...can someone fix this or provide an alternative option, please?

no possible download and looking at discussion box, this is not recent and nothing seems to have been done about it

The link is faulty. There is no sample Letter to download. Is anyone from TechRepublic reading these comments?

Try http://www.rfqpro.com they have a sample LOI and LOU as well as lots of other templates.
