Putting both WEP and MAC together is the only way we currently have to secure the wireless networks against attacks, at least until we get WPA implemented widely enough to help us out. Once WPA hits the streets this year we can expect another level of security, which of course just invites the crackers to experiment and find ways around it also. I advocate killing crackers, or lobotomies for repeat offenders
