A CV is too personal all-round
I have sent my CV to several collegues whose job it is to wade through the plethora of CV's that land on their desks. The fact is, is seems to me that with no hard and fast rules on how to do it, each reader will have their own ideas of how it should look and they can differ greatly.

One person, working with HR in Rolls-Royce told me the four pages I had was too long. I shortened it to two and then a collegue in Fujitsu told me it lacked enough detail. And these are just two examples. The only thing I can suggest is try to look at what looks to you, the author. You know if you are waffling or simply talking ****, so do something about it!
