Why not try the OpenSource MrProject that comes with Red Hat at least and is available for download for free from:

This provides all the necessary projetc management for most small/medium businesses - it also opens up the other cost savers of using Linux/OpenOffice/Mozilla/Evolution instead of being stuck with thousands of dollars of Microsoft products.
