This page, like every other "download this sample... whatever... agreement" does not work. Instead you just go the the home page. I've also noticed that every other person who has posted about this problem on this page and every other page with this problem never got an answer or a response. This is making me think that Tech Republic is just a site to harvest email addresses for spam.

David, I'm encountering the same thing and I find that the experience diminishes the value of Tech Republic for me. Trying to find what one is really looking for just becomes a waste of valuable time. Because of this, I find myself deleting most emails from the site without bothering to read them. Garbage in = garbage out....
