This page, like every other "download this sample... whatever... agreement" found on Tech Republic, does not work. Instead you just go the the home page. I've also noticed that every other person who has posted about this problem on this page and every other page with this problem never got an answer or a response. This is making me think that Tech Republic is just a site to harvest email addresses for spam.
