The misunderstanding is that it isn't light versus heavy. Its light verus KISS.
It is evident that the positions taken are based on everyone's own impressions (assumptions) and they are not the same for everyone.
Light is a poor choice because it short circuits baic requirements. The heavy is not a lot of "stuff" at the process implementation level.
The answer is top level executive invovement and support operating from an enterprise vision with a strategy and leadership that delivers forthe customer what the customer wants and needs.
