Excellent one... very useful...

Great document. This is more practical and applies to nearly all sectors of IT service delivery. I like it
Excellent. Where can we view the statement of work being reffered to in the sample SLA?
I can't get any of the templates to download, and it's really really frustrating...
wwwangmingjian@hotmail.com
It is really very beneficial and organized.
Where the hell do i down load from?
where is the download link ??
I can't find the download link...
The 'Use this SLA" link doesn't work. I see the other links after the article. Where is the link to download the sample SLA?
This page, like every other "download this sample... whatever... agreement" does not work. Instead you just go the the home page. I've also noticed that every other person who has posted about this problem on this page and every other page with this problem never got an answer or a response. This is making me think that Tech Republic is just a site to harvest email addresses for spam.

This comment will probably be deleted before it even publishes. This is such a circle and there is no actual download without "Joining" I did the free registration and that did NOT provide me with the opportunity to download from the provided "Found a link that works" crap. Sites like these are a scam.

is there anyone on techrepublic tracking broken links?
I guess nobody is checking broken links. I joined after being attracted by the download of an Application Support SLA but that doesnt work. A very poor advert for the site!
