AD
I am trying to understand the fact that an AD is local to the router. If the router doing redistribution, redistributes from OSPF to EIGRP, how do the EIGRP routers know this is an external route. Is it because of the fact that its not in their routing tables? And yet normal routing is that routers inform each other about unknown routes. I don't know if I make sense. Appreciate the help
