This article was meant to be a basic overview of how to use HSRP. Of course, if you look at the picture, there are probably some other questions that come to mind like 1) what about a firewall? What about NAT? 2) do you have to pay for two Internet circuits in this example (yes, probably) and 3) what if you had inbound Internet connections, what sort of routing would be used to have your public IP addresses be on both routers?
But, those are questions for later articles....
