This is a good article. I would send it to our users if it did not have the "Live Links" embedded in it. When releasing an item like this, please consider removing the links or create another file without the links.

As a member of Ebay and Paypal, I must get 5 of these e-mails a day. I hope that anyone who is a Paypal or Ebay member reads this document. Get the Ebay toolbar which will tell you that this is a spoof site when you click on their hyperlink. Let get this phishing under control
