Microsoft antispyware is at beta 1 and seems to be very robust if you do the deep scan option not just the quick scan and seems to be quite effective at cleaning up the registry when other products could not. As noted by others there is no one product that gets every malware, spyware or trojan. Have used webroot spysweeper, adaware se, microsoft and spybot and each seems to come up with a slightly different list.
