I have recently found Ewido Security Suite while looking for a nasty but(nail.exe). This tool, just as any of the tools listed doesn't do everything, but it finds most of the Trojans, Keyloggers, Dialers, Worms, Hijackers and Spyware that I have run across in the last couple of weeks.

Let me know pro or con.
