We had a tightening up of our security policies recently (about time!) and I used this as a basis for my presentation on the subject of good passwords and how to remember them to a meeting of shop managers (who to say thre least are not tech savvy). I had to include other policy changes so adapted this heavily but it was invaluable. The slide on how quick a password is broken really rammed the message home, and there's been very little grumbling from them about the change as they could see why we needed the change.
