The best way is to simply convert the format of the column to TEXT, but then you need to click each cell and click F2 twice. That will reset the number from notation back to its original number format. If you use the down arrow key and F2 real fast, you can fly through a spreadsheet and convert. You can also create a TEXT column and then paste the numbers into it if you have a clean non-notated number set to start with.
