I recommend a program called Graphs Made Easy. Its free, easy to use, provides simplified data entry, or faculty to import data from data-grid programs including MS Excel.
Its graphs are easy to manipulate, results look great, and it also includes some features that could be unique, like multi-coloured line graph lines.
Of course, I would say its a great program I work for them!
