How can i add some security to these custom views in EXCEL. I want each department to use a password to prevent editting, viewing other departments, etc.

I was hoping to use use custom views along with a customised toolbar, as detailed above. But i really need a secure way to enter information on one worksheet whilst allowing for different departments only to see their information.
