At least not my version of access.
However this will apply to Excel.
BUT if you are giving presentation I suggest you learn Power Point.

Correction has been made.
This is the paragraph preceeding the link in the email:

USE CUSTOM VIEWS IN ACCESS TO ENHANCE YOUR PRESENTATIONS
With Microsoft Access' custom views, you can readily access whatever
worksheet areas you need, which will help your presentations to flow.
Here's how to get started.

The customizable toolbars and menus in Access do allow you to set up tables, reports, etc. for quick viewing. Under the Toolbar tab in Customize, you'll find All Tables, All Reports, All Macros, etc. To go to a particular page or portion of a table, you'll likely have to set up a macro, query, or some VB code.

How about just giving Names to the ranges that you want display. Then they are easily accessible: Click in the Name Box, see the dropdown list of Names, click on one and you are there.

That'll jump to the right range, but won't save zoom settings, closed/expanded groups, hidden cells, print settings, etc.

How can i add some security to these custom views. I want each department to use a password to prevent editting, viewing other departments, etc
How can i add some security to these custom views in EXCEL. I want each department to use a password to prevent editting, viewing other departments, etc.

I was hoping to use use custom views along with a customised toolbar, as detailed above. But i really need a secure way to enter information on one worksheet whilst allowing for different departments only to see their information.

Thanks
