I belong to a not for profit Woodworking Club.
We have approx 96 members and I publish a Newsletter each month.
On average 50 members receive the Newsletter by Mail Post and the others receive it by email.
The same Listing of members names & addresses etc. is used by the Treasurer, President, Workshop Manager and myself. The database is done in Microsoft Excel 2003 and labels have been set up in Microsoft Word 2003 and the Newsletter is published in Microsoft Publisher 2003. I also have a list of other Woodwork Clubs and sponsors who also get the Newsletter each month with some by mail and some by post.
I wolud like to be able to auto print the Self Adhesive mailing labels, Automactically send the list of Newsletter Email's and for the database to be able to syncronise all additions or corrections such as new members or change of addresses. It would also be nice if their was some way of syncronising the Treasurer & Presidents databases also.

I would like to see a discussion on how to import various flavors of e-mail into other flavors of e-mail.
As an example:
Importing netscape mail into outlook and vice versa.
Thanks

I am a Computer teacher to seniors at a senior center in Maryland.I am using this site to teach my seniors(MY Kids)I am so glad one of the other teachers ,e-mailed me one of your articles.Yours is a terrific and accurate site.Thank you W.R.Gardiner
Saved me a bunch of time. Clear, direct, simple and reasonably thorough. Nice.
But... I can't seem to talk Outlook into passing along the cut and pasted into place jpg images that make the document livably nice... then end up as attachments even in my out box. When they go as inline (look fine here), they're missing on the far end.

I purchased a mail merge software product. We are trying to send out marketing letters to a list of 135 customers (which I have on a word doc list). Can I uses the above instructions to merge letter with prospect list? The person that was to train me on how to do do this, kept putting it off, and she's no longer here. Help!
