I saw in the shortcuts that pressing Alt brings up the menu and the File > Open option is there.

I'm looking for a convenient way to open an HTML file on my computer in IE 7.0, like the old File > Open used to work. Is there a command or shortcut to do that that I am not seeing? IE help says to use the address bar (C:...), but I find that cumbersome.
