Do your users collaborate via Outlook's delegate access features? What other Outlook questions do you have to field over and over?
Is the Delegate feature an add-in that needs to be downloaded and installed from Microsoft website or is it just a feature available in MS Exchange?

Exchange Only

The Delegate tab will only show up if Outlook is connected to an Exchange Server.

Cached mode

What about Exchange in cached mode? Can an Outlook client set up delegates, or must it directly connect to Exchange first?
I've actually got one here that I've never seen before. I have a user who set up several delegates to her calendar and inbox. She wants to remove a couple of them. She goes to the Delegates tab, selects them, clicks Remove, and gets, "you do not have permission to perform this operation." HUH? On her OWN Outlook profile?!

Anyone ever seen this before?
