Dear Jody,I am trying to use your crosstab above and I feel it would be of great help if I can take a look at the SQl view for the query. My question is how did you get the columns that list the sales quarter to recognized that you only wanted months January to March, April to June, July to Sept., and Oct. to December to be grouped under the different quarter headings? Did you use a specific Criteria other than was is listed above or can you please allow me to see how you were able to group accordingly. Please respond to my personal email address at Tiffaneyj@gmail.com. Thanks alot and I do appreciate your example and look forward to reading your explanation too.Tiffaney
