Everything except the test works...

This the error I receive:

Warning: mysql_fetch_array(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\dbtest.php on line 10

Any help on this would be appreciated greatly!

MySQL 4.1.7
PHP 5.2.4
IIS 6
