Hello Sir,,
I did read the article , its nice but it is still not what I want ,,I want some thing practical to do the daily work of network administration and trubleshooting and solving problems,, as an example to clear my point of view in this article point No,4 when he mentioned the network diagraming tools he didn't give a name for one or link to web contains such tool to be tested at least this is what I mean practicle tool ,

The article is very nice for the Exsuctive Administration for IT-Dept in a company but not for an IT-Administrator we need more technical tools related to this subject which is Administring the Network and have full control on it wether servers and workstations ,,so if you please try to write it agian with some effective technical tools wether they are commands or applications and softwates which helps IT-Administrators contrls their Networks.
