How much of your consulting business comes from government procurement contracts? Is this contract source growing or shrinking?

I checked the references for my state, Massachusetts, in the download. The two references were excellent. I know that I've seen other related links on the Massachusetts web site for doing business with the Commonwealth but these two links are a good resource.
