Budgeting isn't that hard

Let's face it..It people are good at detail and that is why a budget canbe your best friend. I have handled $45 million dollar budgets and I was expected to show exactly what was going to get done. Since I work for government there are NO cost overruns. You need a good approximation of costs a year in advance and be able to state what the deliverables are. Without a budget -- nothing happens!

My training included what would happen if given a dollar for a budget. I would spend it on the best paper I could find and write my resignation.
