The download link is broken

I have experienced this problem once too often. Often enough that although I may see a download that interests me, I tend to ingore them. This one does not work in Firefox either. I had to switch to IE in order to get the link to open. Once it did, it took me back to where I started.

Jody, could you email me a copy of the template? The link still appears to be bad.....I cleared history and my temp files, and the link still takes me to a web page, the download never starts. I am very interested in the template!

Hi Todd,
It's on its way to you via e-mail. Meanwhile, I just tried it again and it downloaded okay, so whatever glitches are occurring must be intermittent. We're working with engineering to try to figure out whether we can discern the cause. Thanks!

Thank you, JodyGilbert, for preparing this material.
But I, frankly, do not believe that it is much thought-provoking in its present form.
Perhaps, it would be more impressive if we add there sections like: what has been improved since the previous period (of course, that would be applicable to reports starting from the second one on any given project).
