Hi,
I work on many projects in Health for the Australian government and I would really like to introduce this tool.

Can you tell me if this is okay , dos and donts

Thanks for a great tool. It is helpful to have a benchmark for risk quantification. I will tweak the questions/number values to suit our project environment with respect to project size etc.

I prefer to have a rating scale on some of the questions rather than a yes/no 5/0 rating. I guess I have less certainty (the sort-of response)on some of those factors.

And some conditional formatting to make a red-yelow-green cell fill on the summary could add a nice touch.
