Definitively, I agree with Tom, the point is that in my opinion a Project Manager has to face with the Project in the same way that if it was his own company. There is a lot of things that a project manager has to manage (of course not only the Microsoft Project File :-)), but the word than in my opinion describe a good project manager is "anticipate".
