I have been o/clocking for years. In my classroom, all my AMD K6-2/380s are upped: 5 to 400, 2 to 450, 2 to 475 and 1 to 500. But I have a K6-2/400 which wont go safely at 475 and I have a K6-3/400 which wont operate above 450. All muy overclocking is done easily on the SIS-based 598lmrt mobo. Good article though, looking for the next drilldown!
