Report Offensive Message

I would like to know how one can disable print banner in windows 2000.
Unlike windows 98 where one right clicks the printer,properties,printer settings and checks/unchecks the banner tab.

As for Windows 2000, where do i go to disable the print banner.I got stuck and there was no where i could see banner.
