YES!! It is of atmost importance to backup your IOS and configurations. The best Windows based TFTP Server is one made by www.solarwinds.com. It is free for download. I won't bore you with the details, just go there and read it for yourself. One key feature is the ability to be able to upload and download from the server simultaneously (multiple streams). You could have 5 routers booting via tftp, you could be backing up a router, etc all at the same time.
