i would really like to know how to remove Outlook from XP but all the searches on google point to these same instructions, even on XP sites like tweakxp.com .... this only works on NT!

well what about a list of files that you cant move ?

I did mine ok - try it again or even use a bootdisk or linux that you can delete all the files in the outlook express directory..

works for me

Just dont install it when you setup xp in the first place
you will know if you are going to your office package as it is

also if you cant remove it just do it in safe mode and delete all the files from that directory... works for messenger on the system
