It is really a simple but effective solution. I also figured out that the source can be a range of cells (as in $E$1..$E$52) when the list of values cannot be typed in the box provided.
Great info.... thanks fr the tip, how easy!

MS sucks

I hate to work with MS products and my situation proves me right: Defining values for the listbox it displays them all in one row!!!! MS just sucks!
Nice one. Recently i had to convert data from excel to db2 using a vb6 application. My task would have been much easier if some of the columns had this predefined feature. Data entry being very inconsistent , i ended up spaghetti programming.

I really appreciate the way you mentioned all the steps in a very simple way. I searched so many other sites for the same knowledge and I found un-necessary they created lots of confusion there.

The solution/knowledge given here is just AWESOME!

1000 times I appreciate it.
Clear, concise and to the point!!! Very straight forward... A child could follow the instructions!
Is it possible to make the first one in the list get selected by default.
