We are running Outlook 2003 but are running MDaemon and NOT exchange. Does anyone have ideas for how to schedule a resource like a conference room in a way that we can view the free busy for the room?
We had tried creating an account for the room but could not figure out how to publish the free/busy time.
Any ideas of how to do this?

Elementary My Dear...
Ditch MDaemon and run Exchange or Ditch your client and go with one that is designed to interact with MDaemon.
