This is not possible with Outlook
As it's a Mail Client not a Mail Server that is capable of redirecting e-mail to different addresses as required.
About all you can do is open Outlook download all the incoming mail and then manually forward it on to who you want to receive it.
If you where running Exchange or Apache it would be possible but not with just Outlook.
