virus attack

i am a bit in fix. i have encountered a virus that addes the file project.exe to some folders. In those folders where the project.exe exists the word documents and corrupt reduced to 1kb and the contents are lost u only find the text "Sorry ! ! ! with alot of other symbols my symantec corporate edition 9.0 with current virus updates cannot detect it how do i get rid of it and what is the name of this virus i need serious help
