From yesterday, I have my NAV email scanner window poping up and trying to send an outgoing email and fails giving the following error :
"norton antivirus was unable to send your email message because your mail server rejected the message : 571 message refused"
This is happening in loop, non stop.
I have not configured my outlook or any other email client in my PC. My norton AV and internet security is upto date. When scanned the whole system, it doesnt show any infection.
Any idea ?

since 2 days i am also having the same problem. Neither norton or any of the anti-spywares finds any thing out. Once i am connected to internet within a minute norton email scan starts and a lot of windows of email scan comes with and a lot of error message as mentioned above comes. What is this? and is it a virus or any..how to get rid of it? because once this is happening, my internet connection is totally lost means i am nt able to browse at all though the net is functional. It seems somebody taking over my connectivity. I dont have any out look installed in my system. HELP

The same problem happened to me. If you switch NAV outgoing email scanning option off, the infected emails will fly freely.
I'm more than sure that it is a virus or malware or something, but unfortunately, every tool I've tried was useless to solve this problem and for the moment it is getting very nasty.
Also it seem that no one has any ideas upon the issue.
