sync local profiles domain profiles

I work in a small regional education center. I support 20 different laptops and desktops (plus many servers, but that's not relevant). All machines run Windows XP Pro with SP2. On the backend, we have a Novell Netware 6.5 server that provide file and print sharing. We also run a NT 4 domain controller (provide access to the Windows 2k servers).

I have one road-warrior user whose sole machine is a laptop. Of course he has the Novell Client (4.9x) to access the file and print services when he is in the office. The problem I run into is when on the road, he is unable to access the domain profile and must use the local profile.

Therefore, he has two sets of logins whether in the office or on the road (workstation only login). Is there a way synchronize the local profile and the domain profile?
