Possible spyware
If Windows XP tries to execute this program file during the startup, you can check the system settings and turn off this program which is not part of Windows but introduced by something else, possibly spyware.

The easiest way to turn off the program from Startup is to click Start, then select Run and type in msconfig. Go to the tab Startup and locate the line which loads the program and deselect that line. Click Apply and restart the PC.

You should also download a reputable anti spyware application and do a full scan of your PC. You can download free applications like Microsoft's Windows Defender, AVG Free AntiSpyware or Spybot Search & Destroy. If in doubt, check the status of the anti spyware application from the relevant pages at spywarewarrior.com.
