Cisco 501
I am trying to recover a password on a Cisco PIX 501. After trying to retrieve the file using tftp, I receive this error: TFTP failed (return:-10 arg:0x1) Can anyone help a "newbie" with this one??

make sure you don't have any firewalls blocking the tftp port on whatever machine you are using as a tftp server.

Turned windows firewall off but am still getting the same error message & the tftp server log file says that the .bin file can't be found. Is it possible that the file has been deleted?.. How do I restore factory defaults at this point?
