pc comes on automatically then shuts off.

my pc powers up then shuts down on its own.
I replaced the power supply with A known good one, reset cmos jumper, even took the motherboard out the case. any suggestions?

Case on/off switch may be faulty
It is possible that the on/off switch on the case is faulty or the jumper on the motherboard for the on/off switch may be occasionally shorting.

Fans?
Are all of your cooling fans working? Particularly the one on the CPU. Could be an overheat/shutdown issue.
