Httpd
The Apache web server, httpd, can sometimes stop if your internet connection is temporarily unavailable. I have seen this happen a few times. I wrote a script which checks if httpd is running, and if it is not, the script starts it. It is available at http://totaldata.biz/techtips/httpd.html.
