Network security

How can i put password on my computer so that no one can access it over the network and only i can access all the data and shared folders on it from any system on the LAN?

If your files are stored locally on that unit
Password protect the Account and apply a password to all shares.

If the Files are stored on a File Server you are unlikely to be able to do this as that defeats the purpose of using a file Server.
