How do you disable the open in same browser for file types in Windows Vista

I am having a problem with excel and word files opening up in the browser (instead of the actual program) when clicking them on from a web site. There is an option in XP that will let you disable this (under Folder Options/File Types/Advanced) but I am not seeing this same option in Vista.

Has anyone else hit this problem yet?
