cannot get 300 gig seagate hd to become bootable with windows xp
Everytime the xp pro cd runs through its usual check for configuration then installs necessary files then reboots. This cycle is repeated over and over and over...I am attempting to install windows xp pro on a 300 gig Seagate HD

Exactly the same problem
I'm so sorry there has been no response because I find myself in exactly the same fix and can't find the solution no matter what I try.
