Two Gateways

I have a VPN Connectivity between Office 1 and office 2. Each office has separate internet connection.

Office 1 has a router based Internet connection and Office 2 has USB DSL Connection connected to Server.

Office 1 VPN IP Address starts from 10.200.115.3 and ends at 10.200.115.9, subnet mask is 255.255.255.0 and default gateway is 10.200.115.100

Office 2 VPN IP address starts from 192.168.115.3 and ends at 192.168.115.9 , subnet mask is 255.255.255.0 and default gateway is 192.168.115.2.

By entering the above details I am able to establish VPN connection between two offices. However in Office 2 Internet is only a USB/DSL connection connected to Server i.e. 192.168.115.3 and the internet is shared by usual Windows XP sharing. But I am unable to access interenet and share Internet over the network of office 2. Even if i give additional gateway of the server Ip address in all other machines it is not able to access internet. If I replace the VPN gateway with the Server IP address as default then the Internet sharing works but VPN does not work.

Please advise how do I resolve this issue. Also is there any way I can have both the gateways accessing simultaneously to access both VPN and Internet.

USB DSL Connection connected to Server
Is your second office server real operating system based server or just a PC with desktop system as XP running internet connection sharing? If it is a server runnig MS Server 2000 or similar... you can install and run Routing and Remote Access services. That way you will upgrade it into router as well and you should be able to set up VPN.

Just an idea.
