When ever i am trying to open a pc remotely it is getting problom like "client could not connect to the remote computer". Remote desktop was enabled in that local machine, i tried to delete a certificate value from regestry.. but still i am getting problem..
Please show me a solution for me...

1st thing that come into
play is firewall.
Make sure you have the firewall setup to allow remote connection.
If it is XP then you have to check the exception list.
If it is a 3rd party firewall check documentation.

Checkout whether any port is assigned for secure communication or what. If yes then remove the port configuration.
