When uninstalling a program (NETGEAR Wireless Adapter utility), I get a window that says "FEATURE TRANSFER ERROR ERROR 1605 THIS ACTION IS ONLY VALID FOR PRODUCTS THAT ARE CURRENTLY INSTALLED"The product was installed at one time but I don't know what happened to it. NETGEAR support was completely indifferent and gave me no help or support WHATSOEVER. I googled ERROR 1605 and followed the online fixes but I am still not able to install or uninstall the program. I downloaded Windows Install Clean up and ran it but the NetGear program does not come up on the available programs to uninstall. Nobody seems to know how to fix this. Any ideas ? Pretty Please? Thank you
