Word 2000 problem

In our office we have systems that are with 2000 professional operating system in Japanese language. Also office 2000 premium in Japanese language. In one system whrn I log in with administrator account then I can see the inserted images in word 2000 but when I log in with an user account then the word 2000 can not show the inserteg images.
